Personal Experience
Scott was admitted to the Florida Bar in May of 1996 and has devoted his practice entirely to representing individuals against insurance companies.
Scott Keller has collected more than $100 million on personal injury settlements on behalf of his clients.
Scott majored in Finance at the University of Florida receiving a Bachelor of Science in 1991. Scott then joined the prestigious financial services firm at Merrill Lynch as a financial consultant. While at Merrill Lynch, Scott realized that his calling in life was to follow in his father, Craig Keller’s footsteps, representing individuals against insurance companies.
Scott obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida and joined in his father’s firm, Keller & Keroff in the summer of 1996. Scott became a partner when the firm was renamed Keller, Keller & Caracuzzo, P.A in 2003. Scott is an Eagle member of the Florida Justice Association, formerly known as the Florida Trial Lawyers Association.
